A Legacy of Care
This site was originally designed by Roger Freeman, a devoted brother who, alongside his wife Jean, dedicated his life to addressing the spiritual needs of blind individuals. They prepared the Workbook and Watchtower in accessible formats every week. Since Roger’s death, we continue his work with additional features. JW Blind Helper is a collaborative effort by blind and sighted volunteers, striving to serve those who are blind, deafblind, low vision, visually impaired, partially sighted, or living with conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, dementia or other neurodivergent challenges.
Important Notes
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or precision of all content. Most materials and videos are produced by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. However, JW Blind Helper has enhanced accessibility by providing audio descriptions, how-to videos, and transcripts created by independent blind and sighted volunteers to better support blind and low-vision users.
