DAISY (Digital Accessible Information System) is a format for digital talking books, designed to be accessible to individuals with print disabilities, such as those who are blind, low vision or dyslexic.

DAISY books are more advanced than regular audiobooks, because the book includes both text and audio being read simultaneously, the DAISY reader can highlight the text as the audio plays, improving comprehension.

Users can search for individual words or phrases within the book, place bookmarks for quick and easy return, modify settings such as playback speed, change the font size, line spacing, the background text and highlight colors, and additional features to customize the reading experience.
