Presenter: The model number again. This will just keep going on until you turn the player off. This has to be done without a book in it, meaning the cartridge in the front or the thumb drive on the side. If someone has the standard player model DS1 it can be changed for the advanced player DA1 by calling the National Library Service at 888-657-7323 or 888- NLS- READ. Then press 1 twice to ask for your local Library. Then, ask the librarian for the application to receive the player or to exchange the standard model for the advanced model. When you receive the application, it has to be filled out, then, at the top there has to be something that has to be handwritten, which says ‘Model DA1 is requested for study with navigation and bookmarking features.’ That can be underlined and highlighted with a bright color so the librarian doesn’t miss it.
